CloseCraft for Teams
Turn how your company sells into adaptive salesperson development.
CloseCraft for Teams extends the existing Adaptive Sales Performance Platform™ into company-specific development. Your sales playbook, your standards, your selling conversations — connected to the same adaptive system that builds evidence about each salesperson over time.
The progression is the story:
Company knowledge → training → assignments → practice → development → validation → team performance
1. Turn Your Sales Playbook Into Training
Every company sells differently. The objection your team actually hears, the proof points your customers respond to, the way your product should be positioned — none of that lives in generic training content.
With CloseCraft for Teams, your company adds its own sales and playbook content. AI-assisted lesson generation then turns that content into structured company lessons your team can learn from.
AI-generated company lessons are drafts until a company manager reviews them. Lessons require review before they are published to your team — your company's material stays under your company's control.
2. Assign What Matters
Training only works when it reaches the right people. CloseCraft for Teams lets managers assign company lessons to specific salespeople, mark learning as required or optional, and set due dates for company development priorities.
Development Paths go further: ordered sequences of company lessons that take a salesperson through a complete skill journey — onboarding, a new product launch, a promoted role — instead of isolated one-off courses. Assignments and paths create company-specific development, and completion is tracked against the person's real progress, not just whether content was sent.
3. Validate Company Skills
Completion is not competence. CloseCraft for Teams lets a company validate that a salesperson can actually demonstrate its own selling standard.
Company Skill Validations are company-specific assessments tied to your employer-specific standards: a salesperson completes the assigned company lesson, then proves the standard in the Pressure Room™ Face the Buyer conversation, evaluated against your company's rubric — not a generic one.
Company Skill Validations are distinct from CloseCraft Certified™. Skill Validations demonstrate that a salesperson meets your company's selling standard, and they belong to the company relationship. CloseCraft Certified™ is CloseCraft's own portable performance credential, and it belongs to the salesperson.
4. See Team Development
Managers get Team Performance: visibility into how each member is developing against company learning — assigned lesson progress, Development Path progress, and company Skill Validation results.
This is member-development visibility against company development priorities. It does not expose private personal practice and coaching history: managers see company-relevant development evidence, not a salesperson's personal drills, coaching conversations, or CloseCraft DNA™.
5. Keep Personal Growth and Company Knowledge Separate
Your growth belongs to you. Your company's confidential knowledge belongs to your company.
CloseCraft is built so those two things never get confused. Company-owned content — your lessons, playbooks, and rubrics — stays inside your company's CloseCraft space. A salesperson's personal development history, practice record, and CloseCraft Certified™ credentials are theirs.
Managers see company-relevant development evidence: assignments, paths, and validations. They do not see private personal practice or coaching history.
When a salesperson leaves an organization, their access to company-owned content and company validations ends with the membership. Their personal development history and portable credentials remain with them.
6. Built on the Same Adaptive System
CloseCraft for Teams is not a separate coaching engine. Company learning sits inside the same Adaptive Sales Performance Platform™ every salesperson already develops with:
Repeated, realistic practice that creates performance evidence.
Coaching that evaluates whether the response advanced the conversation.
A durable model of how the salesperson currently sells, built from accumulated evidence.
Where performance is heading, and what to practice next.
Performance validation under pressure — the same engine behind company Skill Validations and certification exams.
Portable performance credentials that remain with the salesperson.
Company-specific learning does not interrupt that loop — it strengthens it. Practice, coaching, and company standards all feed the same development record.
7. Teams vs. Traditional Sales Training
Traditional sales training often delivers the same material to everyone: a course library, a completion rate, and a manager report that says who finished. Completion is treated as the outcome.
CloseCraft for Teams allows company-specific learning to sit inside an adaptive development system that continues to build evidence about the salesperson over time. Company lessons teach your standard; practice and the Pressure Room™ demonstrate it; Skill Validations prove it; and Team Performance shows development against your company's priorities — not just course completions.
The difference is not that traditional training has no value. The difference is what happens after the training is assigned.
